Given the ease and no upfront cost option of this fundraiser, your group decides to work with Charitable Wine. The Charitable Wine fundraiser begins by completing the following three steps:
1.) Email Charitable Wine, a high-resolution jpg or tif file of the artwork your group would like to use for their high-quality custom-labeled wine (example: the organization’s logo). We create a label proof for approval.
2.) You approve the label and then invite people to use our handy wine order forms for themselves or to sell it to others. Once the orders have been placed and paid for by the purchasers, the wine is then shipped to your organization for distribution. You can also place a Charitable Wine link on your website to allow purchasers to order directly from our site. Purchasers have the option of picking up the wine at your organization or they can pay to have it shipped directly to them.
3.) Charitable Wine donates $5.00 per bottle of wine sold back to your organization. In addition, Charitable Wine provides your organization with a detailed spreadsheet with the names and contact information of every person who purchased the wine, enabling your organization to follow up with the purchasers for possible donations in the future.
